Do you offer direct billing?
No, I do not currently offer direct billing. Following your treatment, you will receive an official receipt that can be submitted to your extended health benefits provider for reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary depending on your individual plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
I accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfer. Secure card payments can be processed using Square, making payment quick and convenient at the end of your appointment.

How does mobile massage work?
Mobile massage allows you to enjoy professional massage therapy in the comfort of your own home. I bring all necessary equipment, including a professional massage table, linens, and supplies, so you can receive treatment without the need to travel. Mobile appointments are primarily available for returning clients and individuals who may have difficulty attending a clinic due to mobility limitations, injury, illness, transportation challenges, or other special circumstances. A mileage fee may apply depending on your location and will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
To help me provide the best possible care to all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

I provide flexible session lengths to support your healing journey. My standard options range from 60-minute relaxing sessions to 90-minute intensive clinical treatments. I am also happy to discuss custom appointment durations based on your needs.
